Jinnah receive award at the Celebrations Event in June. Established in May 2003, Lancashire Black & Minority Ethnic Pact was formed to enable voluntary groups to come together to share best practice and to provide a voice for local BME Communities. Jinnah Development Trust’s Mr Rafiq Malik is a board member and Chair of Lancs BME Human Resources group.
